After being denied twice by the SSA� I obtained the legal services of Cervoni Disability Law for assistance with filing my SSDI claim. They communicated clearly, returned my calls/emails promptly, and throughout the entire process I felt supported and well-informed. I would highly recommend this firm.
I would not recommend using this service, I am already disability retired from a municipality and used Mr Cervoni’s firm to help me get my social security disability and would think already being approved for disability it wouldn’t be that hard to be approved for ssdi but this firm did absolutely nothing to help me, I submitted all my information and to them and they did nothing after that. I see some good experiences but for me they did nothing to help me get approved and this went on for a year and a half.
Mr. Cervoni and his staff (thank you, Michael) handled my wife's disability claim. They simplified what would certainly have been a complex process without their assistance. They provided excellent guidance on what information they needed to reach a successful outcome, and then they did all the work while we simply waited.
