I had a wonderful experience visiting this facility! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and courteous. Stephanie is an absolute ray of sunshine—her warmth and genuine care for the residents truly stood out. Lacangela was also attentive, compassionate, and made us feel right at home. The facility itself was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. Certus has been amazing to deal with. Terry and staff have been terrific, kind and patient. They have a great daily program for the residents along with very nice amenities. We had to place my mother in law in the care of Certus. Terry and staff made the transition so much easier for us. The support we continue to receive from Certus makes us feel like a part of the Certus family.

I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS MEMORY CARE FACILITY I have researched several facility in the area and Certus is the best in the area..It is clean ,well organized and the stall is always there to watch the residents to make sure they are safe and happy. The facility is well laid out with separate area for social interaction, entertainment, T.V. and dining area. I am sure my wife will be happy there after her experience with the two day program she been going to for the last month.I look forward to bringing her here to be S... read more
