Certus is a very caring company
Certus Healthcare purchased Willow Haven in 2021, over the past several years they have focused on improving the facility and quality of care for the residents. I started a short 9 months ago and the family like environment is exactly what I was looking for when returning to long term care.
Certus healthcare is new to the Nile’s community as of 2021 when they gained Gracewoods and renamed it to Niles Way. The new ownership has made a huge impact on the enrichment of the residents who live there, they have made many improvements to the facility and purchased a van for the residents to enjoy outings. They try to do better each and every day.
