Would not recommend, they went to shit at Morayfield when Justin left & David took over his client. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 3 extra years (stuipd me, I know) but this year was the final straw when his "assistant" was who was doing my tax return. Call me old fashioned but I don't want every Tom, Dick & Harry looking at my stuff, I want my accountant to know me & what I do & will work to get the best for me not have everyone in the office having a go at it! Priscilla is simply wonderful! I dumped a hot mess in her lap (both business and personal tax) and she was understanding, patient and on top of it all. Highly recommend!

First time in my career I have been audited was when Certus did my tax return. I made contact when I recieved the audit notice, they were unwilling to help me and find a resolution. I requested for them to liase with the ATO so I could pay what was owing with the following years tax return. They refused to offer any assitance. I am now resolving the time consuming issue on my own. Would not recomend their service.
