I had an excellent experience with the Lead Supervisor Refresher course. The instructor was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He explained the material clearly, provided practical examples, and made sure everyone understood the safety procedures and regulations. Awesome class and Instructor !! Jeffrey’s our trainer explained everything in great detail, let the group discuss all important areas of the training. Would highly recommend taking his class. Was never boring especially with hands on training !! Don’t change a thing Jeff !!!

I recently completed the RRP class and found it to be a very informative and valuable experience. The course covered important material in a clear and structured way, making it easy to understand and apply. The instructor, Harold, was especially knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the concepts. I enjoyed the Class. Harold was a great teacher. He took questions and answered them. He demonstrated on the dos and don't. Made sure everyone in class understood the lessons before carrying on the the next. If I only had Harold as a teacher when I was in grade school I would have loved school more. The modules were all communicated clearly for all to understand. Instructor to student interaction was amazing, and hands on activity was also conducted.
