I would NOT recommend this place. I came for a live scan and the owner or the manager was extremely unprofessional. Pressed down my hand without letting me know before hand on the machine. I later asked if I can do it myself since I felt uncomfortable he ignored my comment and pressed down again. He charged 82$ where I got confirmed quote in another city the exact form 72$ however I was in a rush.

First time visitor for getting fingerprint card and a portrait photo printed out. Paul is polie as well as helpful and worked diligently as the only staff manning the front at the time. It's a private practice that he and his wife has been running for over twenty years now. He'll scan your packages as soon as he's finished helping out those present.

I would definitely recommend this place, as it is very organized and welcoming. Rita assisted me in completing my Live Scan within less than two minutes. This was the quickest and smoothest process compared to other places I have experienced. She also was very helpful when I returned three times in faxing documents that needed to be immediately addressed. Rita is amazing to converse with too! Thank you for all your help and support, Rita :)

Easy and fast process to get my Live Scan. Rita helped me out and made everything so smooth. The price was exactly what was stated when I called ahead of time and was in & out within 10 mins. Live Scan took less than 2 minutes and can't believe how fast it was! The store is clean and welcoming. Sounds like they do much more than Live Scan and would recommend this location to others It's in a small plaza next to the Starbucks and will come again.
