I came from another state to do my live scan and when cerfix sent my paper work it was not completely filled out (bottom part). They don’t know what they are doing when sending the live scan in.

I would NOT recommend this place. I came for a live scan and the owner or the manager was extremely unprofessional. Pressed down my hand without letting me know before hand on the machine. I later asked if I can do it myself since I felt uncomfortable he ignored my comment and pressed down again. He charged 82$ where I got confirmed quote in another city the exact form 72$ however I was in a rush.

First time visitor for getting fingerprint card and a portrait photo printed out. Paul is polie as well as helpful and worked diligently as the only staff manning the front at the time. It's a private practice that he and his wife has been running for over twenty years now. He'll scan your packages as soon as he's finished helping out those present.
