I called to make an appt. for a live scan. I live less than a mile away from address listed. After many rings I was hoping to leave a message to make an appointment. My call was routed to a call center. The person who picked up ask me what state I was calling from.??
I called this number and the guy who answers just says hello. Made me think I had the wrong number so I called back. Same thing. I asked is this Certifix and he said yes. However, what reputable business answers their phone like that without saying who you’ve reached? I certainly will not use this business for my fingerprinting. Probably not reputable business
