Having old people running technology makes everything 30 min longer “. You would think they are fast because of repetition, but no. Also, they are the same age as your 70-80yr reps in office. Go to a younger staff things would run more efficiently. Went in for a lives scan. A 10 min process took 30-40min.

I came on a Saturday about an hour before closing and got a package returned, livescan prints done, and my board application sent out, all in one visit. It took less than 20 minutes to do everything. I emailed my label to them and they printed it out for me since I don't have a printer where I am. I also got stamps at the last minute and while they charge more than the post office, the convenience of not waiting in a line was well worth my time. Showed up 30 minutes before closing after confirming they do live scan, the owner told me to go back the next day since they stop at 5. The next day I went and the lady was just rude. After I paid I asked her a question about the live scan and she responded in a passive aggressive tone. I should have never gone back the next day. The lady is just straight up rude and unprofessional. After all these bad reviews I have no idea how they are even running a business.
