I had a consultation with the artist, explained my sleeve idea and she said she would discount me her regular daily rate to match the other quotes I had ($2k total). I was referred to Certified Tattoo by a coworker that had some work done from one of their Denver shops. I sent a request to have a tattoo performed and have a virtual consultation. I received a text message from Certified Tattoo representative Dris with in a couple days. We set up a virtual consultation on that Friday at 4:30 pm because that was the latest appointment available per Dris.
