The customer service with the rep was great I had Jordan. Still waiting for followup about additional parts needed and ot/pt evaluation done. Keep leaning over and feet keep falling and twisting on side of feet when sitting in my chair. Besides that the chair is newer than my old chair.
Outstanding services. Kudos to Tiara Gillory (the epitome of professionalism---especially in dealing with ranting & raving callers)
Didn't fix the entire issue but went out of the way to fix one of them
