Called to get some documents notarized. Didn't answer. I ended up getting my documents notarized at another location. I got a call back from this notary service, and I politely informed them I already got my documents notarized. As I was saying something else, I was immediately hung up on. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Edit: After their claim that "I never contacted them", I included some screenshots to clear any ambiguity :)
Amazing service really saved me because i needed last minute service and they came through. Really helpful and kind. ❤️
