Staff and the service were most professional and super careful with moving our valuable antiques. Their attention to detail was extraordinary. This is the second time I've used Certified Master Movers; there is no reason for me to look elsewhere. Kudos to Gregg Day and his outstanding crew.
The character and integrity of a business and the person behind the business shines not when they're on top but rather when they run into problems and must face their customers. In 2022 I hired this company to move me out of my condo and to store my furniture in their warehouse. Certified Master Movers, LLC, in Alexandria, Va. recently moved several antique furniture pieces for me. The two workers were extremely careful, from exit to new entrance. In addition, they kept to the promised time. I am happy to recommend this company .
Terrible, terrible experience. If you want to use a moving company with integrity, this is not it. I made the mistake of using Certified Master Movers and also not acquiring the full coverage insurance. This company caused thousands in damage to a large amount of our new furniture that they moved and stored for me. I filed the claim for the minimum liability that was offered with our move, and I had to send an enormous amount of messages for 7 months and Gregg offered many excuses. Certified Master Movers, LLC were amazing. We had a 6,000 sq. ft. office to move. They came in with a team that got us packed up faster than I could have thought possible. They were professional and courteous and much lower in cost than the comparative quotes I received. I highly recommend them.
