Tina. Was. Fabulous. I needed to renew my card after moving back from two years in Cali. Tina was effervescent at the desk when I checked in for my appointment. Smooth process. THEN, like a rock star, Tina assisted me (via phone, nonetheless) with the online renewal portion to ensure I could access a dispensary as soon as possible. Thank you, Tina, and thank you Dr. Bentley!
Everything was quick. I was able to go to the dispensary within an hour. Both the doctor and the receptionist was very nice and friendly.
I love this place and the people. I was having a difficult time trying to renew my card. I was so frustrated. I called the office and Kay G. , she knew instantly how to solve my problem and was happy to help me. Kay G is efficient, knowledgeable, patient and kind.
