I'd give them 5 stars if my most recent renewal hadn't been rescheduled 4 times. Had an appointment set for June, they canceled it and re-scheduled it for the 4th of July, of all days. An hour or so before that appointment, they call and tell me they have to reschedule again to the following Friday, today. They call me for the telehealth appointment, take my money, then proceed to tell me they need to reschedule me again, for sometime today, because they didn't realize Dr. Vice wasn't going to be at the Ocala office today. They’re more expensive then most clinics. Around it cost 300.00 just to get the card? 150 for a letter that they shouldn’t charge u for then another 150 for the recommendation I just made an appointment somewhere else and I’m saving 100 just by not coming here 😀😀 Edit: GO TO MARIJUANA DOCTOR OF OCALA NEXT TO KEYFOODS PAY 79.00 and u can pay the rest monthly or pay 200 and get your card there’s two options!! Dr vice we met during this day an age it was weird wearing a mask and sitting afar from one an other.the Dr made me feel very comfortable as well as he has a nice nature about him.very professional and humorous at the same time.no wait.was great.Thank you!& have a great day!
