Appointment at 6am arrived at 5:30. Was told to wait on the street and wait for a call. Called at 6:20 said they have a door ready. Started unloading 8:20am and unloading was pretty fast. Waiting for paperwork was really long and when I asked if the paperwork was ready she was upset that I asked told me to go wait for the phone call. Left the facility at 11:25am.
High lumper fees and they can't even give you a physical receipt
Appointment at 6am, got the door right away, checked out at 7am. No restrooms. Overnight parking on street.
