We started discussions about having them service our Yanmar engine in August. They said they could get to it Mid September. Since then they just kept pushing it back. Today I got a text saying 6-8 weeks and I could look elsewhere if I wanted to. When I spoke to Toby on the phone he said it they were just to busy and it’s a busy time of year that I should looks somewhere else. Thanks guys..! After online research, mark up to re ship and waiting on parts to be in stock, you guys were able to order what I needed at a reasonable cost. Having it in two days was a huge bonus.
