Unprofessional and Overcharges their customers while they see you for Max 10 minutes. If you don't have insurance you have to pay $100 up front to see their nurse, so I paid that for the 10 minute visit with the nurse where she used WebMD to prescribe meds and then they sent me another bill of $65.

The only reason she got one star is because there isn’t an option for zero stars. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any dermatologist office ever. I left the office and the dr tan never sent over my prescriptions until the next day. Than she sent over a prescription that is recalled. I winded up talking to three of her employees and all of them said to relax. It’s easy for them to say relax because they haven’t been dealing with psoriasis for the past two months. I tried to take my son to this location and not only could I not find it (using gps), but when I called to get directions, they’d told me that the appointment had been canceled and that they called me earlier in the day. I had no voicemails, texts, or emails stating that the appointment was canceled. However, when you schedule your appointment, you get all of the above.
