This is a scam. Do not send them money. I received a letter saying I owed a hospital money. I called the hospital and they have no record of any invoice for me. SCAM!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this company. My partner received a letter about a bill he owed and he paid 1300 dollars 4 days ago with no problem all he asked for in return was a receipt through email. They stated they would send the receipt to him and now four days later he calls for an update on the receipt and they tell him the supervisor has to send it. Don't be fooled these are conartist scammers. Trying to collect on an old medical bill that was rebilled years ago through primary and secondary insurances and copays paid. They are scamming using information sold to them from old paid debt.
They want to collect things that are already paid , legal thieves .
