Management at Certified is awesome. For over a decade, we have accomplished great things for those we serve. A staff and customer first mindset, sets Certified Solutions apart from the rest, and as a multi-generational business, I believe this is one that will be around for decades to come.
Called to ask for more information since I was unaware I even had unsettled medical debt. Was told I would receive a call back after the rep did some research. I have never been called back. Letter is now in the trash. Don't trust its legitimacy
#EFFTHISPLACE THEY CALL USING SCARE TACTICS. They buy old debts that were already written off for next to nothing and than they try and “strongarm” you.
I am pretty sure this is a scam and not a real company. I got a letter requesting money. It did not have any specific info about the doctor who was billing. I have called several times and they could not give me any details (and were very rude). After calling often and pushing for info they told me my account was closed.
