My daughter Charlotte had a great experience with Miss Letty and Miss Angela. She still misses them and talks about them!
Absolutely love the team here! The teachers are genuine, helpful, supportive, and absolutely love the children. Leaving my first baby, when she was only 3 months old was so tough, but Ms. Alondra and Ms. Sandra made my experience so special and my baby absolutely LOVES them! They were a HUGE help and support for my baby’s development. She is now in a toddler class, but she ALWAYS stops by to say hi to her teachers. Rude director and staff. The director is not a humble, welcoming or caring person. The center seems to just care about the money and not really about the families, kids, staff, etc... The lady in the front is rude and acting all like she is busy and if wanting to ask a question all bother. Do not recommend this place at all.
We moved over to this location from Buena Park. The director and staff were very accommodating and ensured that the transition was smooth. My wife and I really like the the care here and feel it is very good (as is the Buena Park location). I was surprised at some of the negative reviews from earlier, but I'm guessing that might have been when the place was under different management.
We are grateful to the staff and teachers at KinderCare in supporting our children grow and have fun while they are here. The kids enjoy the monthly activities and special holiday events!
