We mainly dealt with Rhonda, who was very nice and professional, and that’s the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. Unfortunately, paying $2000 for a CDL speeding ticket that required just one court appearance was completely unreasonable. All they did was get the ticket reduced from 10 mph over to a 9 mph over, which made no real difference to us at all. We feel the outcome did not come close to justifying the cost.
