Natalie is amazing at what she does. She is very hardworking and she will memorize your case as if it’s her own or family’s. You get a personal touch from this firm and you won’t be tossed from one person to another. She was on maternity leave and still emailing me fighting for me. Natalie was amazing! She was so helpful and made me feel so secure and comfortable through my whole divorce. I was terrified being a housewife and going through such a tragic life experience, but with Natalie I felt protected all the way.. She is good to have on your side and very knowledgeable . Natalie is the most amazing family law attorney to work with. She genuinely cares about every aspect of your case. And she pays attention to detail when writing motions. My case seemed to me a little complicated as a grandparent in the case but she handled it gracefully, respectively, professionally and with great care. Rebecca was also great to work with. I booked a consult with Natalie and it was incredibly helpful. My ex and I agreed on the terms of our divorce so I really just needed someone to review my documents and check for any blind spots and that’s exactly what she did! I filed a formal complaint with the Phoenix Better Business Bureau against Natalie Ceroni and her law firm. She wrote an order alienating my parents from their biological grandchildren. I was threatened that if I didn't sign the document that my children would be given full custody to their mother. They've been alienated for 10 years now. I didn't get to see my kids for 6 weeks as retaliation for the BBB complaint , and have now been alienated from them for 8 months total.
