This was a game changer for me. I had been struggling with long COVID for 3 years! I also had a pretty serious concussion from a car accident in 2017 that I’m not sure ever really resolved completely. My subconscious was in major overdrive and I had debilitating brain fog. I felt stuck in this cycle of good days and what I called COVID Days. The brain fog is completely gone!
