Left them with measurements for a quote. 5 weeks later come back and they’ve completely forgot. Run very poorly with poor communication. Not happy.

There timber is amazing. Wide varity of species and stock, however there timber list on there website is completely out of date and staff as much as they were lovely to deal with, weren't helping in trying to find such pieces. Instead, just leading you to there main rack and insisting that is it the only timber there have. Please, find a way to make the list on your website more accurately represent the timber you sell.
