lucky that you got this rating the staff were horrible
There timber is amazing. Wide varity of species and stock, however there timber list on there website is completely out of date and staff as much as they were lovely to deal with, weren't helping in trying to find such pieces. Instead, just leading you to there main rack and insisting that is it the only timber there have. Please, find a way to make the list on your website more accurately represent the timber you sell.
Spoke to Lee on the phone and he was very friendly and helpful. On strength of this we went to the workshop for more ideas. He showed us several examples of beautiful work and there was no expectation or pressure to buy. Made lots of helpful suggestions to help resolve our kitchen bench dilemma. 10/10 Thank you again!
As a novice to the world of woodworking I always felt a bit intimidated as I don't speak "trade talk". But the guys here were so helpful to all the questions I had and regarding woodworking/wood selection. I am extremely happy with my first proper project and will be returning in the near future!
