I absolutely loved my experience at Cerebro-Myo! I truly can’t recommend them enough. Their person-centred approach to care made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Jacqueline was phenomenal. We talked about the areas I wanted to focus on during the massage, and not only did she relieve the tension I came in with—she also gave me helpful exercises to do at home to keep improving. I can’t stress enough how much I loved Cerebro-Myo and how amazing Jacqueline was!
Welcome every skill level. I’m 54 and did my first strength training session with Matt today. I feel super-charged and excited to do more. I started here with RMT, which is very skilled . I appreciated the way that Matt and Jaq are able to assess and understand where you are at, and to help you get closer to your wellness and competitive goals. Great people and vibe here.
12/10 would recommend. I've been a client since they first opened and I simply cannot thank Matt enough. I'd been struggling with hip pain for years after doing physio, massage, etc - after my first session Matt was able to figure out the root of the problem and give me simple exercises to prevent future discomfort.
