I have been going to Cerebro-Myo weekly for 6 months now and have no plans on stopping. The guidance Matt has provided through the strength training has been extremely helpful, and has made me feel much stronger already. The massage therapy is equally beneficial when recovery is needed. I would highly recommend Cerebro-Myo.

Great experience every time. He really knows how to work deep into the back muscles and get results. The staff are always friendly and welcoming too. I always leave feeling way better and looser—highly recommend!
I scheduled a massage while on a staycation at Bonnie Lake Resort. The staff is super friendly, facilities are very comfy and clean. My massage was great, just what i needed it - deep tissue, and relaxing at the same time. I try to get a massage once a month and my usual go-to in Toronto was on an extended vacation.... Which is how I found Cerebro-Myo. We plan on going back to Muskoka and I will sure be booking another massage here. Oh, and the doggos are so cute!!!
