Have used CeraVe for years after recommending by my physician. I was unhappy with the quality of this product and the after effects. Did not clean, hydrate or leave a comfortable feeling. Upon contacting Customer Service the issue became frustrating enough that I will seek another company and let my Medical Team know. I never received promised emails to send photos, representatives were rude, unsure of what to do and kept me on hold longer than they actually spoke to me.
