I renovated the bathroom and got white tile samples from MCM. I said we want WHITE, they said ok and instead they gave us GREY. Without noticing my contractor already started putting the grey tiles, horrified we went to MCM to complain. MCM said there might be a MISSMATCH with samples and their product. Gross incompetence. Never going back.
