1. They advertise they do supply and install which they do not do as per Zahir. 2. No prices shown on the samples. You would need to believe what you get told. 3. I got over charged. I got charged $15+ Gst for what was advertised for $13.62 on their website 4. I got charged 150+ gst delivery for 7 minutes drive time. Delivery on website $145. 5. Bought something over the counter thats in stock at the warehouse. Trying to return it a week later in unused condition then they pulled out their " special order" card and wanted to charge 20% for a refund. There are trade stores with better customer services around. You can reply whatever you want
