WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM THE OWNER SALLY! Went in with a friend to double check the tiles I had selected with Sally previously as I was uncertain on my floor choice...had asked for help from another staff member to look at another tile I think I used up 5min of her time thanked her... When the owner comes screaming at us saying that they are to busy to help as they were doing end of finacial year.. I was so very impressed with the exceptional customer service provided at Ceramica Tile and Design this past Saturday, Sally and Sally and the other new employee were beyond helpful. I’m giving 2 stars simply because the young girl that served me was lovely however, my daughter and I could over hear the other girls talking negatively about me “I hate customers like that asking so many questions.” We have shopped multiple times from this business before however no longer.
