We had an excellent experience with Lauren in the showroom just recently. We were unsure what tiles we needed for our bathroom and laundry project, but she walked us through all the options and was incredibly helpful in suggesting alternatives and ideas. Thank you Lauren!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM THE OWNER SALLY! Went in with a friend to double check the tiles I had selected with Sally previously as I was uncertain on my floor choice...had asked for help from another staff member to look at another tile I think I used up 5min of her time thanked her... When the owner comes screaming at us saying that they are to busy to help as they were doing end of finacial year.. Literally have never been spoken to like this over taking up 5 min of your staffs time...I have taken... read more

I’m giving 2 stars simply because the young girl that served me was lovely however, my daughter and I could over hear the other girls talking negatively about me “I hate customers like that asking so many questions.” We have shopped multiple times from this business before however no longer.
