Ordered 14 tiles for a small project Dec 13th, was told it would be 7 days for order, called 9 days later and they knew nothing about order. Was told it would be here Jan 3rd, they didn't call us once again. Called them Jan 4 and they still have no clue about our order. Cancelled order and we gotta move on to a new vendor. BEWARE THIS STORE! Needing extra material to finish a substantial home improvement project, I purchased three(3) additional boxes of tile. I was told explicitly that this product was kept in stock and ordering "a little long" would be no problem since any extra material could be returned for a refund. However when I brought one & a half boxes back to the store, I was now told it couldn'd be returned because it was a "different dye-lot" than that kept in stock.
