As a female with little interest in DIY, it was great to come somewhere and not be met with ridicule, jargon, or tradesmen who think it's amusing that you have to ask for advice. Customer service was friendly and explanatory, and there was a decent selection of tiles and fittings. Plus, it was lovely to be remembered and referred to by name when I had to pop back in for a couple of other bits as our home renovation work was progressing - something only a local, small business would do. Highly recommend.
