The salesperson had excellent knowledge of there product and offered very useful suggestions. ( I did not know there was that much to know about an office chair) I Was kept informed of the progress o when deliver was to be excepted. And now that I am utilizing the chair every day it has made a big impact on my health, lower back pains have almost disappeared completely .
Great service and fantastic range
