Worst Wi-Fi every we pay 80 bucks every 2 weeks and they Wi-Fi only works for my phone where switching to T-Mobile

The worst. Absolutely the worst. A no show the first time for installation and then no activation for three weeks plus promises made by reps that were not kept. All reps are off shore. No ability to speak with a supervisor. A very frustrating experience.

We recently suffered/endured 19 consecutive days without landline phone service... a dozen or so miles north of Moses Lake. CenturyLink repair technicians claim that they are weeks behind... a backlog. IF CENTURYLINK CANNOT SERVICE AND MAINTAIN AND REPAIR OLD TECHNOLOGY, LIKE A LANDLINE, DO NOT TRUST CENTURYLINK WITH ANY NEW TECHNOLOGY. No one at CenturyLink, even at the corporate level, gives a darn about customers. Their " customer advocacy" department is a façade, a sad charade.
