I have been a part of other credit unions, but this one chain is THE MOST AWESOME. I am ignorant of much in Laurel, but the people at this branch are just as amazing, friendly, wholesome and helpful as the "regular" crew I visit at my local branch. 11/10 for this credit union collective and EVERY EMPLOYEE I have met there so far in the last 2026-1996= Holy christ 30 years 🤯... has been either exceptional or just shy of. My commendation is relevant to the last 2 years ESPECIALLY. Currently posting this in 10/2026.

Century First Bank has excellent customer service and truly cares about its customers. They are always willing to work with you when you need help with payments and treat you like a valued customer, not just another account number. The staff is friendly, understanding, and appreciative of your business. Highly recommend Destiny. She is so kind and helpful.
