Tracy is the worst person you can pick to do your taxes! I just found out my 2023 taxes were not filed! Super unreliable! Does not pick up her phone!!! Do not go with her!!!!
An absolute nightmare. We dropped off our taxes to her office and after several weeks she said she had filed for an extension with the IRS. Several more weeks passed and she ignored all our calls and text messages until I called from my daughters phone and she answered. Told me she had filed our taxes and everything was good to go. She LIED! Come to find out our taxes were NEVER filed and we had to go through another company to have it all straightened out. She "done" our taxes for two years. Could never tell me why the refund wasn't getting here, always giving me an excuse. We went somewhere else for our '23 taxes and found out she NEVER filed our taxes from the past 2 years. Had no problem taking a payment for it though and then to lie straight to my face for months. If she has no problem screwing us over, she wouldn't have a problem doing it to you either, go anywhere else.
