The fraud dept is terrible and they cut off my Sabrina’s of helping. The old Manager Susan would have helped the new manager does not care. It is tii gars contact with access to cash
This local bank cares about their community. The staff are friendly and very helpful every time I visit the bank.
I’ve been banking with Century my entire adult life and they’ve been wonderful. Recently my bank card was hacked and they notified me immediately on a Sunday night and had someone available to speak to. I was able to get a new card on location Monday and file a dispute and had my money back by Tuesday. They made a bad situation for me better almost immediately. As always will recommend and will continue to bank small and local. Thanks Century!
