This business is a joke. Now no longer in business when original docs need to be requested. Unprofessional.
Terrible! DO NOT USE. This company doesn’t know what they are doing! They gave false information about documents being completed only to find out the day before my closing and ended up delaying it by a week. My house was all packed but I had to cancel movers, installers, etc for their error.
I'd give no starts if I could. Customer service is more than horrible. No one can seem to want to help you. Documents dont get processed. It's a nightmare mortgage company. Run like the wind...
We cannot get in contact with them. The numbers we have been given to not work. The Webpage is no longer valid and the phone number on the webpage address is not valid. Can anyone shoot me an active phone number? We just closed a loan last month and did not get a payment booklet or anyway to contact them. Just a form letter. Any help or suggestions?
