Years ago they did my taxes. Dave asked if I had a savings account. I had asked if that affects my taxes and he just shrugged his shoulders. He was also my boss at the time and I really looked up to him. Recently I went back to school for a tax preparation certificate and through my studies I realized when he asked me about my savings, he only wanted that information personally. That was never inputted into my tax information. Either way that was years ago but the recent reviews make me feel like something's never change
Has never been late, always had sins advice and preparation has always been professional and easy to follow. Would and will use them again!
Took my tax returns in July and they said they will get them done and file an extension also. I called multiple times to see if my taxes were completed but here it is October and they said Dave isn’t going to be able to get to them this YEAR!! So, why take them and continue to tell me every time they will call when complete? Very unprofessional. Would never recommend this place!
This is this is the worst tax agency I've ever dealt with my book in my life they told us we owed a thousand dollars when we owe $23 what are they doing trying to scam the money numerous other customers overdrawing their tax returns from Brian and Jason and the othersinstitution you should hire someone besides
