I've been going to CFCU since I was a kid and I love it. They have the most competitive auto loan and mortgage rates. They are friendly and great with my kids! And they have a candy dish!
Thank you for the excellent service that was provided by Jeremy Plants at the Strongsville office. I went into the branch needing information for my tax person and expected to be told i would have to wait but He was able to get the document i needed immediately and i didnt have to change my appointment.
Matt Burmeister was terrific to work with for refinancing our house. He took the time to explain the documents and answer any questions we had. Every person I have worked with at this branch has been terrific and friendly. I would 100% recommend looking into the services they offer.

First off, I wanted to say sorry for the bad review to the chief and all the other amazing workers who always put their customers first. Didn't realize my review will reflect on the whole company. Just had one bad experience in my 6 years of being there with one person who is not in a leadership role I want to thank the chief and supervisor Matt for reaching out to me.
