As a member of CFCU, the customer service from all the tellers and Manager Marta is outstanding. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a smile and I'm always in and out quickly. It is obvious they all work well together and it makes it a positive environment. Marta is very knowledgeable and the teller Idalia always has beautiful nails and dressed so professionally. They make me feel like I'm part of the CFCU Family. Love this place and their staff.
As a member of this credit union I'm always grateful for this branch and their employees who always go above and beyond for me and my family. Very friendly staff and amazing service! My husband and I switched to this bank and have had nothing but great experiences. Every time we go we insist on seeing Lila. She is so sweet and friendly and takes a lot of interest in talking with us! We also enjoyed working with Marta when trying to get a home loan. She is was so kind and helpful.
I love going to this branch. Everyone there is so helpful!!! Starting with the manager Marta who went above and beyond to help me find the right investment for my children’s savings all the way to the smile the teller gives me when I first walk in. I appreciate the short wait time! Everyone in this branch is so knowledgeable and helpful!! I feel so welcomed there. They all work so hard to help! I highly recommend this branch in Independence!
