Needed a new controller for my AV setup. James did a great job getting it set up and restored everything. Even fixed a tv remote issue!
Had our house built in 2021 and chose Century Entertainment and Furnishings for all of our cabinetry. Recently, I noticed one of my drawers was loose, and when I pulled it out, I found that multiple screws had fallen out of several drawers. Some areas even show spots where a screw was never installed at all, even though it should have been. Such a great experience working with Pam. She was so professional, kind and helpful picking out just the perfect hardware for my kitchen cabinets. Kevin helped us with choosing new kitchen chairs for our table and a recliner for a study. This will be our first choice when making upgrades to our new home. Wonderful & friendly people at Century. Great customer service that is hard to find.
Our built in Thermador Refrigerator/Freezer gave up the ghost after a long run in our kitchen, so I reached out to my contact at Century and, as he had retired, Tim Caderette took my call.
