As a mature female I'm always a little apprehensive walking into a bike shop, but I felt at ease when Matt greeted me on my first visit to Century Cycle a few years ago. Great shop, would highly recommend! I wish I would have found them sooner! I reached out to them today over the phone to discuss having my e-bike diagnosed (it wasn’t purchased from them). He said to bring it in and he’d see what he could do. I brought it in and Matt took the time to look at it, and further suggested some adjustments I could make to improve my braking. En étant en camping à Presqu’île On a dû faire des achats pour nos vélos, car on a eu des petits problèmes, on était les deux fois à la boutique et quel accueil et gentillesse de la part de Matt Excellent prix, et en plus on a communiqué un peu en français, c’était vraiment gentil et charmant Merci pour votre service, on ira vous voir à notre prochaine visite au parc Lucie et Mario Québec
