Numerous times we have tried to get out extra payments be submitted as principal only payments, each time time we have to fill out some sort of paperwork or this and that, first we have to have a whole other separate automatic payment, we did that and it still hasn't applied to the principal. I'm done with this credit union, I will be seeking other financial services from eles where. Only reason why we went with them as the place we bought the car from, they recommended them.
