I have been a member for less than one year. As of today, every experience I have had with Century Credit Union, whether over the phone, through email, or in person, has been exceptional. The employees at both branches are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Their online banking and mobile app are easy to use and always accurate/up-to-date. If you want big banking experience with suits and ties, do not go here. If you want relationship banking with a small town feel, go to Century. You won’t be disappointed.
