Great, friendly, and professional bank Have been banking with them for over 2 years, and I must say that what sets them apart from the "big" banks I've dealt with before is the service. A bunch of smiling faces that get to know you and greet you when you come in, and I also had a fraud issue that was dealt with quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend banking with them.

My family and I have been with Century for the longest time. Today, I had fraudulent activity on my card while away on vacation. Ms. Cindy Hill, who is the Branch Manager at the main office, was able to verify my account and un-suspend my card, all from home after normal business hours. She did this completely by her own choosing and care for her customers. She, and other workers are the reason I chose Century Bank & Trust over any bank.
