Great experience
The vice consulate of Spain is affecting your businesses due the rude person who is there . You guys should be thinking seriously to report her to the Spain consulate to fix those irregularities from Staff member’s mistreat customers. It’s unacceptable in every single way .
Just horrible!! Walked in because my business is directly across the street. 1st off all the entire bank stared at me like I was an alien. No one was busy. I came to get change because that’s what banks are for . immediately without hesitation she said I can only do that for a customer. Okay how do you know I’m not a customer ? She said “I’ve never seen you before” instead of assuming or trying to gain my business you did the exact opposite with the worst customer service.
