I would not recommend bank with Century Bank. I had banked with them for 12 years with a business account. But since they were bought by Southen States the customer service is not very good. I have decided to take my business to another bank that values customer service

I met with Carson McCrary this morning regarding a loan. I tried to explain why I wanted to close sooner and he said “that makes no sense”. He was very rude and arrogant. I am a widow and grandmother raising 2 grandchildren and was trying to explain to him I wanted to close in time to take my grandchildren somewhere on Fall Break. He had no right to speak to me the way he did. I took my documents and left.
Don't bank here. They hire people that lie to your face saying "your money will be protected ", had my money stolen yet no help like they claim they would. I'm out $786.29 thanks to these American liars.
