I’ve consistently had excellent service at this bank. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, and they have gone the extra mile to help me a few times. Their positive attitude and friendly service make every visit fast and easy.
I love banking at MCB - it has the same feel LANB had. Folks know me by name and are helpful. I still get to see Lisa's smiling face when I go in. When I had identity theft a year ago, Karen Easton spent a long time getting my account sorted out. She was professional and knowledgeable which I very much appreciate.
