Great staff. He only locally owned bank
My family has been banking with Century Bank for over 20 years. The staff are always courteous and go above and beyond. We've needed documents notarized, and they offer this service, free of charge. They may even call us randomly to let us know about new rates or ways to grow/save money. Thank you Century Bank for all you do for us!
Very very awful bank tellers. I went and use their amt while trying to redrawing some $, the amt shut down and restarted. I didn't get my money so I went in to tell them what happened. They just basically ignore me. They were just standing there talking to each other while other one took a personal calls...now I have to wait to get my money back that was for rent..never gonna use the bank anymore.. The app is horrible I don't know how it's beneficial keeping track yourself on your balance works better. Days later your charges come through when you think you have money then bam more overdraft fees that could pay a car payment. If I could add screen shots I would.
