Josh at your bank knew me and my husband were buying our hone and just called today to let us know they are selling our home on the court steps on the 23rd! After we paid $25,000 to our landlord that had the loan there and Josh let her use it on her dad's property when she paid it off and put ours back like we haven't paid in the almost 5 years we have lived here! I would never refer anyone to yall for anything! Yall are bad for business!!

I believe that, at one point in time, I was considered a valuable customer of CBO. I had several loans with the bank secured by residential and commercial properties that were within the CDFI territory. I was impressed with my lender's communication, the competitiveness of rates, and how fast the bank could close on loans (for instance: only in-house appraisals for purchases under 500k.) We have had accounts here for over 13 years. We recently moved to Springfield and had to change to a more local bank, but left this account open because a direct deposit was set up to go here. During a busy season of life (new grandbabies, travel, etc) we miscalculated what was in our account and ended up with 3 charges.
