The realtors in this company are far from professional. I recommend dealing with a different company. I tried to make an offer the other day on a property, and the realtor would only do a verbal with the seller who happened to he his son. I then presented a better offer through text as he didn't answer his phone when I called. 5 hours later, and still no return call or message, so I called again, and he got very rude with me.
