I met Lana 5 years ago at an open home that she was running, although I didn’t buy that property from her, I’ve continued to stay in contact with her as she’s down to earth, real and not pushy like majority of other agents I’ve previously met. Since then I recommended her to my family member who has now sold their property with her and they haven’t thanked me enough for introducing them to her as they had the BEST experience! Highly recommend Lana to anyone who is needing any sort of real estate advice, buying or selling!
This real state agency have left us in complete dilemma. We received call for confirmation on the same day of inspection ,and they confirmed the date and everything and we trusted on them. Given notice on the current property to move and set up everything as per their word. And upon calling on Monday we got to know property has given to another applicant. I don’t it is fair to do so, it is unethical and unprofessional.
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and inconsiderate service provided by this rental agency. We had been in communication with them about a rental property, and after discussions and receiving confirmation that the property was approved for us , we proceeded to give notice to vacate our current residence, trusting that everything was in place for the move. We have just purchased an apartment from Century 21 and what a stress free experience this has proven to be. Lana is the most helpful and incredibly supportive agent, providing us with invaluable connections to a brilliant conveyancer and mortgage broker. In addition she has negotiated a situation between us and the vendor with a great outcome. Lana is a very good communicator and goes above and beyond to help.
